For Teams

Shared vaults, role-based access, and real-time collaboration for distributed teams.

How It Works

1

Create a team

Create a team and invite members with defined roles — Owner, Admin, or Member. Owners have full control, Admins manage content and members, and Members can read and write documents. Role assignments are granular and can be changed at any time.

2

Set up shared vaults

Create shared vaults that all team members can access. Vault-level isolation keeps projects separate while cross-vault search lets you find content anywhere. Each vault has its own settings, hooks, and access controls.

3

Collaborate on documents

Every edit creates a version snapshot with full content and SHA-256 hashing. Browse version history to see who changed what, compare versions with side-by-side diffs, and restore any previous version. Full accountability without slowing anyone down.

4

Automate team workflows

Set up hooks to auto-tag documents on upload, apply templates to new files, or trigger CI/CD pipelines on changes. Webhooks notify external systems of document events. Automate repetitive workflows so your team can focus on content.

5

Publish and share

Publish documentation to public profiles that serve as team doc portals. Use custom domains to serve docs from branded URLs like docs.yourcompany.com. Share specific documents with password-protected links for stakeholder reviews. Set expiry dates and view limits on shared content for controlled access.
