Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan gives you full access to the core platform — Markdown editor, full-text search, version history, and API access. It's the best way to experience Lifestream Vault before committing to a paid plan. When you're ready for AI features, automation, team collaboration, and higher usage limits, upgrading is instant.

What happens when I exceed my storage limit?

You'll receive a notification when approaching your storage limit. You can upgrade your plan for more storage, or free up space by removing unused documents.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. We consider the amount of usage consumed during the billing period, including API calls, AI tokens, and storage. For annual plans, prorated refunds are available on a sliding scale. Contact support@lifestreamdynamics.com to request a refund.
